Ha is the sound of laughing and crying "ha ha ha...". It actually brings the energy from the base of the spine to the heart center to share joy or grasp understanding of grief. When we add the tongue rolled RRRR to it we take the energy from the heart to the crown through the tongue to the roof of the mouth to the brain.

Ra is sun, Ma is moon, Da is earth and Sa is life—breath of life—truth—infinity. Say is thou, and So Hung is I am—it therefore means that "I am Thou". This is the most powerful healing mantra in Kundalini Yoga.
