Dear Ones . . . Sat Nam,

Through millions of years we evolved an opposing thumb. It allows humans—and only humans—to manipulate our environment. It also creates the awareness of our duality (proposition—opposition) for every action in the physical world there is reaction equal to it.

In living in our higher frequency—enabled by a daily spiritual practice—we are able to transcend this dualistic reference point that defines us in "cold hard terms," and become comfortable with the undefined existence of the subtle and the sacred.
