Map the Journey of Your Emotional Evolution

Dear Ones . . . Sat Nam,

Create a day map, week map, month map, year map and decade map and tend to this collection of maps as if it were your garden—doing this gently, clearly and daily in a joyful, meditative setting. This is the way to take back your life and be in charge of your world.

Always with Sacred Love, Blessings, Prayer and Gratitude . . . Guru Singh and Guruperkarma

As much as I like the lecture, I have 2 questions or disagreements about the minute after 17:17 minutes of the lecture:

    1. You say the Thumb represents the ego, which would not be bad but depend on what is put into it - my own understanding up to now is to differenciate between the ego say of a lion in astrology to the I, the true self, the Sat Nam. I feel very strong about a difference between the egotistic and egocentric ego and the I which is the eye to your outer and inner world - the carrier of your true destiny. Rudolf Steiner for example also talks about the I having to be build up, and in Zen there is always the talk about getting rid of the ego. By differentiating between those two words, I can bring both seeming contradictions together.

    2. Just beforehand you mention the thumb opposing the fingers correlating to the planets jupiter, saturn, sun and mercury, but that is the first time the ring finger correlates to the sun. Does that finger where westerners wear their wedding ring not usually correspond to venus - the planet of love ?
