Dear Ones . . . Sat Nam,

The Buddha was exact in his praise of the middle path . . . the path of moderation. He stressed this path because, as he said, we are in fact standing at the absolute middle of creation anyway. We always reside (in consciousness) halfway between the micro-world within us and the macro-world outside. Everyone sits in the exact center of the self . . . becoming consciously aware of this position is the purpose of a daily practice (sadhana).

Guru Nanak was speaking to the same point when [in Japji] he expresses — "There are worlds upon worlds . . . universes upon universes . . . existences upon existences."

The universe is only a slice of the far larger multiverse . . . this too, only a section of the infinite Cosmos, including the entire zero-mass of infinity's void.
